PY3 type dry powder dosing and solution making machine sends the suspensions into the agitator through dosing device, feeding meter regulator and jet-flow. After the tender agitating, the flocculants would be dissolved fully, and then be sent into liquid storage barrel through electronic control valve. When needed, the dosing pump would pump out the dissolved flocculant solution, and be diluted in the mixer, then be sent to the centrifuge or other machines, to flocculate the small particles of the suspension into big ones, which could realize the separating purpose. It could improve the separating treating capacity by adding the flocculant into the industry sewage and municipal sewage. During the operating, it could adjust the water inflow and dosage by the valve and dosing pump, which could get better separating affect and economic benefit.
For the high molecular organic flocculant, the user only need to directly put the dry flocculant into the hopper of the machine, then it would feed, dissolve, age, store and meter automatically, and all the processes are done automatically. The machine is designed with three grooves structure, which are separately for agitating, aging and storing. The machine is composed of dry powder feeder, batching spiral, mixer, vibrator, agitator, liquid level controller, water supply system, screw dosing pump and controlling system.
