The structure and working Principle:

         The machine is composed of driving devices, shaftless spiral, U type groove, inner lining plate, covering plate, feed hopper and discharge gate. Its working principle: the materials get into the conveyor from the feed hopper, then are pushed to the discharge gate by the rotating shaftless spiral.

The features:

         1. Simple structure, no bearing in the delivering groove which makes it more convenient in materials delivering.

         2. The delivery is proceeded in the closed groove, which avoids the overflowing and the secondary pollution.

         3. The shaftless spiral is integrated formed by the special process, one-time forming length would be more than 2.5m.

Installing form:

         The standard model is horizontal installing or slanting installing, or could be hanging type, ground and hanging mixed slanting installing, movable type (could rotate with the axis of feeding hole) and other installing form according to customers’ requirements.
